The practice is led by Paul McRae, who has spent roughly thirty years in enterprise technology and sixteen in healthcare, in senior roles at AWS, ServiceNow, Nordic Consulting, VMware, AT&T, and Milliman. That background sits on both sides of the table, advising health system executives on technology strategy, and building the commercial practices inside the firms that sell to them. It is an unusual vantage point, and it informs how the practice evaluates vendors, contracts, and roadmaps on a client's behalf.
